How do I submit a return/exchange request?

What is your return/exchange policy?
- For returns and exchanges, the request can be made for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Exception: For the holidays, we have extended the window to 60 days, for all orders placed until January 7, 2024.
- Note: For returns, the original shipping cost (if any) would not be refunded
- All purchases made outside of the United States are final. If you must return or exchange the product, please email us at support@lamourshoes.com. Please keep in mind we are not able to cover any costs with international returns and exchanges
- We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from us. If you made your purchase from another retailer, please contact them directly
- We have partnered with re:do, where for $2.98 on your order, you will receive free returns and exchanges. The re:do option is automatically added to your checkout, but you are free to remove
- If you do not have "re:do" on your order, you may still submit a return/exchange request at the portal. Note that however you will need to purchase a return label (in the portal or elsewhere)
What items are eligible for return/exchange?
- All items besides final sale and sample items are eligible for return/exchange
- Shoe(s) must be new, unworn and in original packaging. Please refrain from shipping the shoes directly with the shoe box
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
- Once the return package is dropped off or shipped out (based on carrier scan-in), your refund or exchange will be immediately processed
